Empty the Fridge Stir Fry

Don’t waste a thing! Instead make an “Empty the Fridge” Stir Fry

Cook enough brown rice for the family. Or use the 3-in-1 spiral slicer to make zucchini spaghetti.

Put a tablespoon of coconut oil or a little water in your wok.
Use any or all of the veggies you don’t want to waste.
Add bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and your favorite non GMO gluten-free soy sauce Add chili sauce if desired.

In this one, we used red, yellow and orange peppers, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, garlic, garbanzo beans, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, turmeric, Chinese five spice, and parsley.
