Fruit Cobbler – Healthy

Fruit CobblerRated: 5 carrots, cooked
Serves 4

Ingredients:

1/2 c spelt flour, 1/2 c almond or coconut milk, 1/4 c raw honey, agave, or pure maple syrup, 1/4 c Earth Balance, fruit of choice. (Strawberries and peaches were used in the one pictured.)

Melt butter in 9 x 9 inch baking pan. Mix flour, milk, and sweetener together in a bowl. Pour mixture over Earth Balance. Top with your choice of fruit.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Enjoy!
