Are you Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired?

Hi, we’re Steve and Freda. We’re here to let you know you don’t have to be sick and tired of being sick and tired. Photo: Lady with Tissue Lying in Bed

We want to see you feeling good and feeling better about yourself.

“sick and tired of being sick and tired”—If you have felt it and said it, then you and I can relate. Pain hurts. With pain, I curl up on a bed or in a chair and choose immobility. In the past, with sickness, I slept it off. I once had a tooth extracted on a Friday afternoon, went home, and then slept until time to go to work on Monday. What’s more, if the sickness or pain persists, I quickly get sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Several years ago we learned a way to change habits, stay healthy, not be sick, and not be tired. It isn’t perfect. Once in a great while we have something to deal with, but other than for accidents, we have had little pain or sickness for many years.

So if you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, let’s talk. There may be something for you here.

God has a marvelous plan for your life and health. Do you feel you need to make a change? Do you want to see a difference in your body, your diet, your health or maybe your career, a relationship, your family, or your spiritual life?

About veggie1

Steve and Freda made the transition from the SAD (Standard American Diet) over a period of time, becoming more convinced of the health available through a different lifestyle. We're glad we did. Natives to the Western North Carolina mountains, we claim to be hillbilly vegans. Imagine that. We are parents of two and grandparents of six. We look to Jesus as Lord, Savior, and friend
