We believe the body is a marvelous self-healing creation. When our cells get proper nutrition and we eliminate toxins from our system, the body can gain optimum health. Are there exceptions? Absolutely; however, we have seen and experienced astounding changes.
Anyone who has had the cancer experience qualifies as a cancer survivor. Steve had a polyp removed from a vocal cord, but has been cancer free since the early 90’s. Before that, at age 42, he had a heart attack that could easily have been deadly. Never try it. You’re better off without the heart trouble. Nutrition has something to do with that.
Freda has experienced kidney stones and a condition where fluid builds up around the heart. You can imagine how uncomfortable that can be. We both have had too much of the usual sniffles and coughs. We found what we believe to be a better way. Nutrition has something to do with that.
Steve serves as a gifted teacher, business executive, and life coach in addition to being a Health Minister. Freda has been gifted with deep insights into people and with extraordinary skills in administration and organization that help “git ‘r’ done.”
If you’re sick, you want to be well. If you’re well, you want to stay that way. If you’re frustrated, you want a better answer. If you’re down, you want to be up. We believe nutrition has almost everything to do with each of these.
We have ways we help people discover ways to integrate better habits of eating, thinking about health, and maintaining wellness as a full and abundant lifestyle.
