Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Topping

1 T fresh rosemary leaves
1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
4 marinated artichoke hearts, sliced
5 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, thinly sliced
3 oz. vegan cheese
dash of salt

Blend all ingredients and place on top of your favorite healthy bread, crackers or zucchini noodle made with your 3-in-1 spiraler.
