Ingredients:
1 to 2 cups seedless watermelon chunks
1 t honey
1 T fresh mint leaves or to taste
1/2 c almond milk – unsweetened
2 T lemon juice
1/2 t cinnamon
12 ice cubes
Enjoy this refreshing summer smoothie by blending all ingredients. Add the milk
and cinnamon at the end, pulsing a little after cinnamon is added. Do not over blend. Delicious!
Tip: Freeze watermelon chunks to use in this smoothie.
